ECI (EARLY CONTRACTOR INVOLVEMENT)

RBS Group were awarded the ECI contract for Waiora House by the Taupō District Council in late 2021 with the project beginning in February 2022, and gaining Practical Completion in May 2023.

A purpose-built building, Waiora House will act as a social services hub and community centre to support the needs of the Taupō community.
